haha, a kebab ring is a large chunk off the bottom of the big kebab spinny round thing, and cos theres a big pole through the middle of it its got a hole in it, hence the word 'ring'. Its covered in batter and deep frieddddd.

Suppose It might be more appealing if I actually liked Kebab meat though. :')
