So I’ve just spent the past hour researching “Oil Pulling”. It seems pretty interesting and looks as though it’s pretty effective 99% of the time in some way or another.
For those of you who don’t know what Oil Pulling is, it’s pretty much taking a tablespoon (or whatever you’re personally comfortable with) of Oil, not car Oil, and swishing it around your mouth for 20 minutes. It’ll mix with your Saliva and thicken till it’s white and frothy, which is when you should spit it out then rinse your mouth.
Seems like any edible Oil will do, Olive, Coconut, Sunflower etc. and it sounds pretty amazing to be honest. I couldn’t find much scientific reasoning behind the way it works but after reading literally hundreds of accounts of it working, it can’t hurt to give it a shot, right?
People all made the following claims, some within just days of starting and only doing it once a day. Healthier Teeth, whiter Teeth, healthier Gums, fresher breathe, cleared Sinus’, Better Skin quality with Acne clearing up, loss of dark circles under the Eyes, better complexion, no headaches/migraines, better digestive functions, no constipation, no sore throats, no indigestion, quicker and thicker hair growth, faster weight loss and muscle growth, lowered cholesterol, lowered heart rate, no anxiety or depression, easier to sleep at regular times, etc. etc. - You get the picture.
Those are all various results from people who were previously complaining of having some of ailments in a severe manner. One woman even mentioned how she had sinus trouble and bad skin for years, after trying Oil Pulling for only a few days, she noticed her hair feeling thicker and had a clear nose for the first time in years, as well as her acne completely clearing up.
Now I know people will be skeptical of this, so am I. That’s why I’m going to update my blog with daily results for the next month. Yup, that’s right, I’m going to do this each day for a Month, just to give it a trial run. Hell, if even one aspect of my health improves, it’ll be worth it and, besides, it’s not like Olive Oil is in any way expensive.
